Playing Recorded Readings on a Mac

To listen to your recorded reading on a Mac computer you have two options:

Option 1) Install the free Flip4Mac component which enables playing of Windows WMA files. You can download Flip4Mac here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx

Option 2) Tell Patricia that you have a Mac and she will provide the reading in a Mac compatible format (mp3).

Login or download issues

If you are experiencing problems logging in or downloading readings, try clearing the internet browser cache and cookies

For Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools / Internet Options / Browsing History / Delete
Tick Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
Click Delete

For Firefox

Go to Tools / Options / Privacy Tab / Private Data / Clear Now
Tick Cache and Cookies
Click Clear Private Data Now

Then try to log in again

If that does not work, please contact Patricia and provide the following

1. Date and time of problem
2. Short explanation of what you were trying to do and what problem you experienced

Upgrade of server completed

We have changed the recorded session download procedure. Starting from now you will need to click on the "Download Request" link at the top of the page to request that your recorded session be made available for download.
