Life Coaching is a complete programme where Patricia uses her complete set of skills to create a more holistic approach to life improvement.

The program begins with a one-hour session where Patricia and her client explores and assesses the level of satisfaction in all areas of the clients life.

The assessment results are used as input to the analysis process where Patricia looks at:

• The Past - Patricia uses Past Life Regression combined with her psychic ability to identify issues which originate in the past.
• The Present - Patricia's psychic skills are used to identify current issues and how they can be resolved to improve the clients life.
• The Future - Patricia's psychic skills are used to uncover the possibilities that lies ahead.

Having analysed her clients needs, Patricia will suggest an implementation of the programme which would consist of a number of one-hour face-to-face meetings followed by a number of weekly phone sessions.

Patricia will use her expertise in NLP to change behavior patterns which are blocking the clients future progress. She will also apply various healing techniques to improve her clients well being. Reiki and other energy healing methods are worthwhile for stress management & vitality. The healing session(s) will promote you physical and emotional well-being and inner strength as well as enhance the success of your life coaching & personal breakthroughs.
