- Which payment systems do you support?
We support cash payment and online or off-line credit card payments.
For online UK and international purchases you can pay via PayPal. Note: PayPal no longer require you to register with them to make payments.
For online UK credit card payments you can also pay via NoChex.
If you do not want to pay online you also have the option of calling Patricia with your payment details.
You can also pay in cash on the day of your session.

- Do you handle credit card details on the site?
No, all online purchases with credit card are handled by external payment sites, either PayPal or NoChex. We only receive confirmation that the payment has been made.

- Why do I need to register?
You don't have to register, but it simplifies the ordering process and improves the overall experience of the site. You also need to be registered to be able to download your recorded session.
Once registered you will also be able to check Patricia's calendar to see when she is next available at her venues. You will also be able to read the complete news articles on the site.
We have tried to keep the level of user details at a minimum. We only keep your name and your email address in the systems.

- What is the referral system and why would I want to use it?
The Referral System is a way for us to reward you for referring and recommending other people (friends for example) to the site.
How does it work?
When you register, and was recommended by someone, you can specify their email address in the dedicated field on the registration page.
Later when you order something from Patricia, we will give points to the person that recommended you.
When that person later wants to order something from Patricia, they will be able to use the points as money during the checkout process.
Note: the person that recommended you must already be registered on the site for you to be able to specify their email address.
What if I can't remember their email address?
You can specify their email address at a later stage by going to "My Membership" and select "View or Change my membership details"
So for you to benefit from the referral system, you will have to recommend people to the site. Remember to tell them to specify your as referrer.
You can see your number of referral points by going to "My Membership".
If you know that you have referred someone but they don't show up in your referrals please contact Patricia. It could be that they have forgotten to specify you as referrer.

- I have this discount code. How do I use it?
During the checkout process you will presented with a page called Payment Information, where you specify how you would like to pay for your order.
Steps:
- Select payment method by selecting one of the options presented.
- Enter the discount code in the dedicated field Enter Discount Code
- Press Redeem. This will take you to the payment confirmation page.
- Press confirm order to complete the purchase. If you are paying by credit card you will be redirected to either PayPal or NoChex depending on your selection.
- After finishing the credit card handling make sure you press the "return to merchant site" if such option is presented to you.

- I am having problems downloading my recorded session, what is the proper procedure?
To be able to download a recorded session you must first be registered on the site. If you are already registered you can go to step 2.
Steps:
- Registration
Go to the registration page.
Fill in your details, name and email address. Don't forget to tick the box for "pick up reading" as it will reduce the lead time to make the recording ready for download.
Wait for the registration confirmation email. This should appear in your email inbox after a few minutes. If it has not appeared within one hour you can check your spam folder.
To prevent emails from Patricia ending up in the spam folder you should add Patricia's email address to you address book.
- Request Download
Click on the "Download Request" link at the top of the page (also found in My Membership box) to request your recorded session. You need to specify the date when you had your session with Patricia.
- Your recording is ready for download
Once you have requested your recording need to wait for an email which indicates that your recorded session is ready for download. Depending on Patricia's work load and whereabouts this can take between an hour and a couple of days after your session.
After receiving the email you log in to the site again.
After logging in you should be greeted with a message saying that you have a recorded session to download. The message contains a link which you click on to initiate the download of the recording.
Click on the link. At this point you should see a pop-up window which asks you if you want to save the file to you PC or if you want to play it. You should select the option of saving it.
If you don't get the chance of saving the file, lets say your media player starts to play the recording immediately, you can try and right-click on the link and select "save link as" (or similar option).
Once you have verified that the recorded session has been downloaded properly, you should click on the other link in the greeting message to confirm that you received the recording properly.
- Give feedback on your session
Some time after your session, three months is recommended, listen to your recording again. Have a think about how accurate, useful or beneficial the session has been for you. Consider if your situation was understood by Patricia and how the session may have steered you. Did yo become more aware of something important from your session? How did this help you?
Patricia is very interested in hearing how things have developed after the session. Feel free to give feedback on the session. You will find a "give feedback"-button at the bottom of the page for your session, next to the button for ordering the session.

- When will my recorded session be available?
Once you have registered and requested your recording, you will be notified by email when your recording is ready, which is usually within 14 days from your request.
