What can you expect from a Past Life Regression session?

The session starts with a ten minutes initial consultation followed by a 20 minutes relaxation and guided meditation aimed to focus the subconscious. The rest of the time, 60-90 minutes, is the actual regression.

During the regression you can expect to see and sense in your minds eye, surroundings, people, hear information (names for example) from the life experience being recalled.

The most important thing for a successful regression is to trust the first thing that comes to mind, without trying to analyse or value the information.

You should also expect to experience some healing benefits after the regression. They could last as long as three-four weeks after the session.
