Services and CDs are delivered usually within 7-14 days from the day of your order.  If this time scale is going to be any longer, you will be notified by email.  No refunds or discounts are provided due to late, undelivered or damaged goods.  All decisions are at the discretion of management. 

Downloaded Recordings are provided free of charge anytime up to 4-6 weeks following your download request.  Clients must send a download request within 4 weeks after their session in order to qualify for a free downloaded recording.  If a client requests their recording after 4 weeks since their session, a fee will be charged.

A client has one month in which to download their recording.  If a client fails to download their recording within this allocated one month and requests for their download after the free of charge time of one month provided, a fee is charged for any further work required to prepare recordings. 

Management reserve the right to alter or change these policies at any time.
