Subsequent sessions last from 1 hour which is plenty of time for you to feel a difference and create lasting change. Sometimes, we may require longer and if this is necessary, this is pre-arranged with you.

Patricia uses Neuro-linguistic programming (usually shortened to NLP) as the basis for the "A Better You^TM" sessions.

NLP is an interpersonal communication model and an alternative approach to psychotherapy based on the subjective study of language, communication and personal change.

I am a natural clairvoyant & I have psychic/mediumship ability.
